Once I have reviewed your Flexible Commission Listing info, then what?

Step 1: Contact our office by phone or text at 323.428.8564.  Lets have a quick conversation so we can figure out what your real estate goals are.

Step 2: Fill out our online Property Seller Information Form where you will answer questions regarding the condition of your property. Once we get the form back from you, we will send you a customized Comparative Market Analysis report for your property. This report will show you approximately what your property is worth, what fees you will have to pay, and how much money you will end up with once the property sells.

Step 3: We will set up an appointment to tour the property, show you the secret marketing techniques we use to sell commercial real estate, go over recent market activity in your area to educate you on value, and make recommendations for maximizing your profit and increasing your speed of sale. If we agree to work with each other, we will sign the listing contract, and we will immediately get to work.
